Art Classes at Thin Ice!!

Thin Ice started as a Gift Shop selling locally handcrafted, one of a kind, unique items but then, Thin Ice GREW! Now, in addition to selling even more locally handcrafted, one of a kind, unique items, Thin Ice is also able to offer ART CLASSES!  It is with great honor and appreciation we introduce Mrs. Corey Bley, our main art instructor at Thin Ice, whose creativity and grace has shaped and molded the newly built classroom at Thin Ice, helping it to become what it is now, a creative, inviting environment in which students learn to embrace their creativity and trust in Corey's guidance.

Always a creative individual, it was a natural path that led Corey to receive her Bachelors in Fine Arts with a Major in Sculpture followed by a Masters of Art in Teaching for Art Education.  Now an Art teacher who teaches in schools throughout the school year and at summer camps during the summer, Corey enjoys the diversity of teaching adults art at Thin Ice, while still maintaining her connection with children by having dedicated classes for kids and young adults.

The range of classes offered at Thin Ice is practical yet fun, inspiring meditative, reflective art as well as fun, social, group events.  A few of the classes available at Thin Ice are wine glass painting, silk scarf painting, and umbrella painting, as some of the adult classes, and make your own wearable outfit and puppet making as some of the kids/young adult classes.  For a full class schedule contact Corey at 716-243-2813 or corey.bley@gmail.com or check out the website at www.thiniceonline.com.  Brochures and additional materials are available at Thin Ice during regular store hours (see website for hours)

Thank you, sincerely, to Corey for joining our team at Thin Ice and bringing her creativity to the classroom.
