Thin Ice is thrilled to now be selling local artist Bruce McCausland's BAM line of pottery. These fun, functional pieces are sure to make you laugh, as they do Bruce while he is painstakingly making them (one mug takes up to two weeks to complete)
BAM, as in Bizarre Amazing and Magical, is a line of pottery featuring mugs and bowls shaped to look like people. Bruce individually hand forms the eyes and teeth on each piece and names each piece depending on the personality he thinks it has. Pictured above is 'Chicken Wing Guy' so named because the 'guy' is holding a chicken wing, which was also hand formed by Bruce.
This mug is titled 'The Whistler' because.......he's whistling!!!
