First of all, lots of incredibly gorgeous dichroic glass jewelry came in yesterday. Local artist Joan McDonald, of Starry Night Designs, treated me to breakfast at Betty's then brought some of her new work to the store for me to peruse. The vibrant blue bracelet, earrings, and necklaces are all one of a kind and truly unique. I'm sure mom would appreciate something from the collection for, oh, say, Mother's Day, which happens to be in two days.
Second of all, the giant eraser in the sky washed away the work of local artist Russ Lewis but not to worry; weather permitting he'll be back to work on Sunday, creating another piece of art. Stay tuned for pics. Feel free to offer suggestions for what he should create next.
